Hi, I’m Tereza.
Back in 2014, I spent six months in Thailand volunteering with a local non-profit, teaching English in nearby schools and exploring as much of the country as I could. During that time, I also traveled through other Southeast Asian countries, and somewhere along the way, I fell in love with this part of the world.
Two years later, I started my first travel blog in Czech and began sharing stories whenever I had a spare moment. I spent many years living in Prague, but Thailand kept calling me back. I returned a few times before 2020, when the world stopped, and so did I. My motivation disappeared, and the blog sat untouched for years.
But in 2024, something sparked again. I realized how much I missed creating, writing, and connecting through travel. I redesigned my Czech blog and slowly began bringing it back to life.

The past few years took me to Greece, Turkey, France, England, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, a whirlwind that reignited everything I love about exploring the world.
And now, in 2025, life has brought me full circle: my husband and I moved to Bangkok for an undefined amount of time, and this city is now the place where I live, breathe, and find daily inspiration.
With this move, I decided to launch my blog in English and focus entirely on Thailand, a country I know both as a wide-eyed tourist and now as a resident figuring out visas, searching for apartments, and discovering new hidden gems every week.
Whether you’re visiting Thailand for the first time or planning a longer stay, I hope this website becomes a practical, friendly guide to help you travel smarter, deeper, and with more confidence.
